     The Dennis Police Department is seeking assistance in the investigation and recovery of items stolen from a house break in the Town of Dennis sometime during April - May, 2009.

     Stolen were several pieces of antique china and pottery of Irish Belleek origin as well as Rookwood Plaques.  The total value of the items stolen is estimated at $100,000.

1.)    Irish Belleek double boy shell vase, 1st black mark, like new condition

2.)    Irish Belleek single henshall spill 5 ½ inches, 2nd black mark, like new condition

3.)    Irish Belleek coral and shell vase 8 ½ inches, 2nd black mark, like new condition

4.)    Irish Belleek 2 panel vases 8 ¼ inches x 4 ¼ inches, 3rd black mark, one vase repaired and one in like new condition

6.)    Irish Belleek octagonal flower pot 4 ½ inches x 5 ¼ inches, 2nd black mark

7.)    Irish Belleek 6 shell dishes, 3rd black mark, like new condition and  3 Irish Belleek slats clary pattern, 3rd black mark, like new condition

8.)    Irish Belleek corn flower spill 8 ½ inches, black mark, like new condition

9.)    Irish Belleek butter plate, 3rd black mark, like new condition

19.) Irish Belleek teapot 3rd black mark, 3 Limpet shell salts, 2nd black mark, like new condition

20.) Irish Belleek pitcher and 2 cups with saucers,  limpet pattern, 3rd black mark

22.) Irish Belleek milk jug with tridacna pattern, 2nd black mark, like new condition

23.) Newcomb Plaque, scene with tree, initials C.N., framed 6 ¼ inches x 9 ¾ inches, like new condition

24.) Newcomb Plaque, scene with trees 5 inches x 5 inches, uncrazed like new condition, reverse show a large letter C enclosing the letter N, MR 21 under marking, both impressed into white clay body

25.) Rookwood Plaque, Lenore Asbury plaque with the original frame, woodland scene with stream, uncrazed, like new condition

26.) Rookwood Plaque, Fred Rothenbusch 1929, framed 9 inches x 14 inches, mountain scene

27.) Rookwood Plaque, Ed Hurley 1948, framed 10 inches x 12 inches, snow scene, no crazing

28.) Rookwood Plaque, Carl Schmidt 1918, water woodland scene, crazed

29.) Rookwood Plaque, Carl Schmidt 1922, framed 9 inches x 7 inches, Venetian boat scene, uncrazed , marks on the back include the Rookwood logo, the date and the P for the porcelain body

30.) Rookwood vase, Shirayamadani jewel porcelain, 1924, blue lined in red, blue background with white flowers and stems, 6 inches x 2 7/8 inches, bottom number 1356F xxiv

31.) Teco vase, 7 inches turquoise/green, 4 buttress handles, double marked on base

32.) Rookwood production bowl, catalogue model #6530, turquoise/green, dated 1935, like new condition

33.) Sabino fish, signed on bottom, clear/bluish glass and a Herend reticulated covered bowl

34.) LeGras vase, 5 inches x 3 ¼ inches, French Cameo acid cutback with LeGras name cutback into base, transparent/gold body with winter trees and red leaves, like new condition

35.) Steuben calcite vase, white, flower form trumpet vase with gold aurene lining, 10 inches tall, like new condition

36.) LeVerr Francois melon vase, reddish/gold transparent body with darker melon shapes attached to trailing vines, 4 inches x 3 ½ inches, like new condition

37.) Loetz vase, gold iridescent glass, 5 inches, “loetz Austria” in script on the base

38.) LeGras French Cameo glass vase, 11 inches tall, trees with Shepard with flock on the hillside, like new condition

39.) Newcomb College Plaque, unusual high glazed plaque, scene of a boat on Lake Ponchartrain, by Amelie Roman, early impressed NC mark, 11 inches x 6 inches, like new condition, in original frame

40.) Newcomb College bowl, hand decorated with white flowers over blue glaze, 5 ¼ inches x 2 ¾ inches, impressed on bottom with N inside C, EI stamped 43 written in glaze, like new condition
